Animartis ships throughout Europe. Orders in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and Austria will arrive within 5 working days. 

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number after your order is sent.

Shipping costs vary according to the number of items and the weight in the parcel and to the country of destination.

Every possible care is taken to ensure items arrive to you in good condition. Should anything arrive damaged please sent a photograph within 24 hours of receiving the package to obtain a replacement. There are no money refunds.

All transactions in this shop are made in euros. Payments can be made through credit/debit cards, Ideal or Apple Pay.
